Personal Pan Pizza
A quick, easy, homemade recipe
In the vast realm of comfort foods, pizza reigns supreme. Its ability to adapt to various tastes and preferences makes it a beloved choice for gatherings, parties, and solo indulgences alike. Yet, amidst the grandeur of the classic pie, there's a humble champion that often goes unnoticed: the personal pan pizza.
Picture this: a perfectly sized pizza, just for you. The personal pan pizza embodies convenience, customization, and culinary bliss in a single serving. It's a testament to the beauty of simplicity and the joy of savoring something crafted exclusively for your enjoyment.
And although it’s satisfying to indulge alone, why not indulge in community with a personal pan pizza party? Each person can customize their blank canvas of dough. Here are some of my favorite combos:
· A plain ol’ cheese pizza with red sauce
· Grilled halloumi, bechamel sauce, arugula, crushed red pepper, and honey
· Mozzarella, turkey bacon, and grilled pineapple
You have the freedom to tailor your pizza to suit your palate. Plus, if you have dietary restrictions or preferences, you can easily adjust the ingredients to accommodate your needs.

On a floured surface, gently press the dough and stretch it to approximately an 8-inch disk, about ¼ inch thick.

Gently lay the dough onto the pan and place your desired toppings.
Bake the pizza for about 8 minutes or until the crust is golden.
