Curried Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
6 eggs (room temp.)
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 ½ tsp. mustard
½ tsp. curry powder
¼ tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. coriander
¼ tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Boil 6 eggs for 10 minutes.
Cool in ice water for 10 minutes.
Cut eggs in half and place yolks into a food processor.
Add mayo, mustard, and spices and blitz until smooth (this may take a few minutes).
Scoop egg yellow mixture into the halved egg whites.
Sprinkle with smoked paprika and serve chilled.
